The Two Sides of Rachael

Hey guys!
You know how I make comics to deal with pretty much everything in my life?
Well, yeah. Here you go:

I also drew some John Allison characters to cheer myself up. I like Shelly the best I think.

Love you guys,

More Vicky Park (again!)

Hi guys,
Here's a bunch more Vicky Park strips for your viewing pleasure.
These guys all appeared in the Leicester Mercury's More magazine.
Buy it every Saturday to see brand new ones! (oh, go on...)

Aniscape

Hi guys!
On the 24th March I was part of an event called 'Aniscape'.
It was an animation festival, hopefully the first of many, held at Phoenix Square in Leicester.
I sold some comics and cards and did drawings while-u-wait for people.
I met a bunch of really cool people too.
Here - Look at some pictures!

I also did an interview for John Coster of Citizen's Eye.
You can listen to it here.
Hope you're all well,

Fifteen Going On Grown Up

Last month I was commissioned by Stephanie to design a cover for her teenage novel, 'Fifteen Going On Grown Up'.
This was a really nice project to work on and I can't wait to get a copy of the real book :)

Pyder and the Lost Rainbow

Hey guys,
I've blogged a few times about Pyder and the Lost Rainbow - a book by Symon Vegro that I'm doing the illustrations for.

I still have to do the cover design, but these are some of the finished drawings for the inisde. I'm really happy with how the characters came out :)

I can't wait to hold the finished book in my hands :D

Lovely Time - a charity event :)

A poster I made for a charity event I'm organising. You can tell I done it 'cause it has a cat on it.

Just before Christmas my Grandad sadly passed away due to Alzeimers. He was a lovely lovely man and, although he lived a very full and happy life, it is a shame that this illness denied him the chance to fully enjoy the very end of it. To give him something back, and to show everyone how proud I am, both of him and my brave Nanna, I've decided to throw a fundraising party. This will take place at the Firebug in Leicester on the 17th March.

Do come along if you can - or visit the Just Giving page: http://www.justgiving.com/lovelytime
There's also a facebook page for the event here: http://www.facebook.com/events/234413526648691/

Thanks guys xxx
